Parkview Bay Condominiums are located Right off 54 highway on lake road
54 -29. Heading West on 54 Highway it is right before the Glandglaize
bridge (right before the Shoney's). There are several routes to get
there, but the main routes are highway 50 E to Jefferson City and then
54 W to Osage Beach. If it is easier for you to take I-70, then head
East to Columbia, S on 63 highway, then W on 54 highway.
The condominium does not offer an area to launch your boat, so you will need to use the public access ramp at Public Beach #2. If you are
heading West on 54 highway, you will pass the road to the condominium
and cross the Grandglaize bridge. You will then turn left on 54-20 and
the signs should guide you from there. Launch fees are $5 for boats up
to 30 ft. and $7 for boats over 30ft. The number for Public Beach #2 is
